A leading government-based client is seeking 12 individuals for temporary customer service roles from July to December 2025 in Manchester. Candidates will assist customers using IT systems and ensure high-quality support through various communication channels. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving while adhering to a flexible work schedule.
My government-based client is looking for 12 people to join their team on a temporary basis from July until December 2025.
The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. We can offer Saturday working as part of your weekly contracted hours. Saturday operating hours are between 8:00am and 6:00pm. All our staff are expected to work 6 Saturdays per year on a rota basis.
What we are looking for
The suitable applicants will be subject to a 3-year work and/or education history check, alongside a DBS basic check as required for the role.
