Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Security Officer to support a network of sites within a 50-mile radius across the region.

The role requires adaptability to changing operational needs and a commitment to high security and customer service standards. You will cover planned and unplanned absences, support critical operations, and maintain a visible professional security presence across multiple locations.

Formación

• At least 5 years' proven Security Officer experience.
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Access to own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles one way to cover requirements.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Short-notice deployments may be required.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Good IT skills and comfortable with electronic reporting systems.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years' proven Security Officer experience.
