Overview

ERP Support Manager (ERP, Application Support, Stock Management) - Join a growing ERP software leader with clear progression routes and hybrid working.

This role enables you to lead an ERP support team and manage the overall service delivery. You will be responsible for applying strong application support management practices and running the support queue across first, second, and third line teams. A background in ERP is ideal, particularly in Distribution, stock and warehousing, but broad application support management experience will be considered.

You will report to the Operations Director and help ensure the team remains high-performing with limited staff turnover. This is a new role designed to shoulder responsibility from the Operations Director.

You will need to be in the Coventry office twice per month.
