Business Central Support Lead

My client is a growing Microsoft BC partner looking for a driven and passionate individual to join their team as Business Central Support Lead.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering remote working.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing 1st/2nd/3rd Line Business Central ticketing support to a variety of clients across the industry.
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-related issues.
3. Collaborating with project teams on new implementations and upgrades.
4. Providing support on post-go-live client systems.

Required Skills:

1. Strong technical understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV.
2. Previous experience supporting D365 BC / NAV, either as a partner or end user.
3. Motivated with a strong desire to grow within the role and team.
4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
