Job summary

Falkirk Council is seeking a part-time Support for Learning Assistant for St Andrews Primary School. You will support teachers, early years professionals and children to enhance experiences and achievement, undertaking supervision, safety, care and well-being tasks.

The role is 9 hours per week during term-time, with temporary status until 02 April 2027. PVG scheme membership is required for successful applicants.

You will undertake a range of support activities with regard to general supervision, safety, care and well-being of the children.

Good communication skills are essential and the role will require supporting children with mobility needs. You should enjoy working as part of a team.

You will work 9 hours per week on a term time basis.

Successful applicants will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
