Job description

Shifts: Double Day Shift (20% uplift) – Mon–Fri

Role Overview

Supports production and Autonomous Production Teams (APT) by resolving technical issues, improving processes, and enabling smooth operational flow. Provides an end‑to‑end (E2E) perspective at shopfloor level and contributes to continuous improvement and non‑conformance reduction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support APT and production teams on technical issues.
  • Identify, analyse, and help resolve shopfloor problems.
  • Ensure production continuity by using available resources effectively.
  • Contribute to Operational Excellence and CI initiatives.
  • Identify and support non‑conformance reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with adaptability and proactivity.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Customer focus and commitment to product safety.
