Job summary

Quality Personnel in Milton Keynes is seeking a Support Engineer to provide remote technical support for advanced diagnostic equipment used across NHS and private laboratories.

You will diagnose faults using RDP, VNC and AR tools, guide customers through troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to field engineers while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electronics, Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
• 2+ years' experience in technical support or field service.
• Strong electromechanical and IT troubleshooting skills.

Based in Milton Keynes, you'll use innovative remote technology including RDP, VNC and Augmented Reality to diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues and support customers, helping to keep essential equipment operational and reducing the need for on-site visits.
