Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie Group is seeking a focused Support Developer for Ashurst Perkins Coie Labs in Glasgow. You will join cross-functional agile teams to design, build and support client-facing and internal digital solutions.

The role blends day-to-day application support with development, encouraging automation and reducing support overhead. Key responsibilities include incident triage, performance monitoring, and developing custom apps with Power Platform.

Qualifications

Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
1–2 years experience in a product support function with application support, incident triage and documenting fixes.
Confident coding ability in at least one language; willingness to learn .NET, TypeScript, Python, Power Platform and Azure.
Portfolio/GitHub or other work to demonstrate delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide application support for key platforms and related business systems; triage incidents and service requests.
Monitor performance, data quality, logs and user feedback to troubleshoot issues and identify improvements.
Design, develop and implement custom apps using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions; assist in training and documentation.
Improve and maintain scalable, maintainable, deployable solutions with proper testing and code reviews.
