Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles in Hinckley, UK is seeking a highly technical Design Engineer for our Current Support team. You will deliver engineering solutions that improve our production motorcycles and support multiple departments with robust design solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Technical Specialists and Chief Engineers, with targets for time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction, and a focus on detailed problem solving. Hours are Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

Qualifications

• MEng or BEng in an engineering related subject.
• Highly technical approach with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate on technical judgement and grow independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering solutions that support continuous improvement of Triumph's current production motorcycles.
• Manage projects to meet time, cost, quality and technical specifications with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Work in cross-functional teams to identify improvements and develop robust solutions.
• Provide design engineering support to various departments across the business.
• Apply a high level of technical expertise and ensure quality delivery across the role.
