Job summary

Crooton ltd in Uckfield, East Sussex is seeking a compassionate Support Care Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in a 24hr care setting. The role involves supporting daily activities, providing emotional support, and working on a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

We offer full-time positions of 37.5 or 20 hours per week with a rotating schedule. Sleep-ins carry an enhanced payment; rota planning is done four weeks in advance to help you manage personal

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviors is valued.
• NVQ, Care Certificate, or healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Happy with performing personal care when required
