Job summary

Crooton ltd in Uckfield, East Sussex, is seeking a compassionate Support Care Worker focused on learning disabilities to assist with daily living and emotional support.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with essential daily activities.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins, and holidays.

Providing crucial emotional support.

Contracts & Structured Schedule

We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance:

Full-Time Contracts: Available at 37.5 or 20 hrs + hours a week.

Mandatory Availability: All applicants must be able to work on a rota system ( FT or PT) over 7 days a week.

Shift Details: -Support Care Worker -Uckfield, East Sussex TN22

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

Days: shift patterns between the hours of 07:00-22:00 ( 9-3, or 3 -10, etc., flexibility)

Occasional Sleep-in, if required: 22:00-07:00 *There is also a sleep-in enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20
