You will assist with daily activities, provide emotional support, and join a rota system across 7 days, including a sleep-in option with enhanced pay. Prior care experience is valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings or delivering person-centred support.
• NVQ or Care Certificate desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to perform personal care when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with essential daily activities for individuals.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Provide emotional and social support to service users.
