Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant is ideal.
• Passion for helping others towards independence.
• Willingness to undergo training provided by Lifeways.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to individuals, promoting independence and choice.
• Engage clients in various hobbies and activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care as required.

Here at Lifeways in Coventry we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.

At Ash House, we promote choice and independence and each person receives one-to-one support to enable them to live the life they choose. The service is very activity-based and much of the week is spent on various hobbies and activities, chosen by the individuals who live here.
