Its an exciting time for us in supported Housing. Due to recent acquisition of a new support contract, some existing staff have been successful in moving across service areas which has resulted in us having a vacancy within the Rainham Close team. The post is initially until March 2026 with the potential to become more long term.
What we are looking for?
The role is to support women and children with the main focus being Rainham Close in Middlesbrough. We also deliver our Hestia, Domestic abuse Move On Service and Rough Sleeper Service from Rainham Close, therefore there is scope for involvement across these schemes.
Our intention is to provide high quality safe accommodation to women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We assist and support them to overcome barriers, promote inclusivity, develop confidence and independent living skills, along with promoting health and wellbeing.
Our Supported Housing has a strong reputation across the sector and beyond due to the commitment of our staff. You will be passionate about providing the best possible support to people who access our service. You will have a strong sense of social purpose and be committed to making a difference.
