They will maintain a calm, structured and respectful environment that supports learning and accountability. They will work 1:1 or in small groups with students on behaviour strategies and emotional regulation and liaise with teaching staff, pastoral leaders, and the SENCO to support behaviour plans.

We welcome applications from professional, conscientious individuals, who are confident in de-escalating challenging behaviours and establishing excellent relationships with our students, someone with high expectations that encourage them to fulfil their potential.
