Team: Integration Projects

Department: Production Control Group (PCG)

Position Overview:

The integration projects team plays a crucial role in analyzing, planning, and coordinating upgrades, rollouts, and decommissions across the firm’s trading, research, and UX front-to-back workflows. As an integral team member, you will collaborate closely with various technology teams and quantitative researchers, gaining a deep understanding of technology architecture and business operations, while developing project management and organizational skills.

  • Manage large-scale firm-wide application and infrastructure rollouts, user migrations from legacy to new systems, and high-impact changes.
  • Coordinate business/external-driven requirements across teams.
  • Act as a liaison between technology teams, business users, and external parties during project stages.
  • Maintain transparency with stakeholders through quality project tracking and regular communication.
  • Utilize scripting/automation for impact assessment and data collection for migration dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of software/hardware/network concepts and the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Linux OS
  • Proficiency with Bash and scripting languages like Python or Perl
  • Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence)
