Support Analyst - Integration & Deployment Management

London, Montreal

Team: Integration Projects

Department: Production Control Group (PCG)

Position Overview:

The Integration Projects team plays a crucial role in the analysis, planning, and coordination of upgrades, rollouts, and decommissioning across the firm’s trading, research, and UX’s front-to-back workflows. As an integral member of the team, you will collaborate closely with a wide range of technology teams and quantitative researchers, offering you the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of technology architecture, business operations, and to develop your project management and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related subject
  2. 4+ years of relevant experience
  3. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  4. Good understanding of software/hardware/network concepts, software development life cycle, and processes around them.
  5. Proficient in Linux OS
  6. Proficiency with Bash and any scripting language such as Python or Perl
  7. Experience in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
  8. Experience with the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence)
  9. Working knowledge of one or more financial products such as Cash Equities, Bonds, Listed Derivatives like Futures, Currencies, Commodities, FX.

Nice to have:

  1. Knowledge of kdb+/q
  2. Exposure to reporting tools like Tableau Dashboard, Grafana
