Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting an experienced Inclusive Support Administrator to join a busy Inclusive Support Team at a leading further education college. The role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative support to students with SEND from their first contact with the college.

You will schedule meetings, maintain student records, process enquiries and help with enrolment and wider college activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school, college or education setting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and working with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Inclusive Support Team.
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate student records and databases.
  • Processing enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Preparing reports and distributing information.
  • Supporting SEND administration processes.
  • Liaising professionally with students, staff, parents and external agencies.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and safeguarding procedures.
  • Assisting with wider college activities such as enrolment and other operational events when required.

The Role

As the Inclusive Support Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Inclusive Support Team, ensuring students with SEND receive the best possible experience from their first interaction with the college.
