Job summary

Refresco Pontefract is hiring a Supply Team FLT Operative to join our vast beverage production site. The role covers loading, storage, and receipt of materials, with responsibilities across FIFO, stock checks and perpetual inventory to keep our daily supply plan on track.

You will work a 42-hour week on a 3 on/3 off pattern (days and nights) with a shift allowance included. The position is permanent and offers growth opportunities within a large UK plant.

Qualifications

• Health & safety procedures are essential in daily duties.
• Complete MHE/area safety checks and report non-conformances.
• GMP and HACCP compliance required for processes and records.
• Manage FIFO rotation and cycle counts; support audits and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE according to standards.
• Maintain FIFO and cycle counts with audits.
• Support site supply plan to ensure loading, storage and receipt of materials.
• Ensure environment is audit-ready for warehouse and storage areas.
• Complete monitoring systems per company policies and procedures.
• Report non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Contribute to KPIs for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in equipment and processes.
