Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a dedicated FLT Operator to join our Farnborough site, operating at nights 22:00–07:00. You will move stock, load/unload HGVs and containers, and perform picking and put-away duties while maintaining high safety and 5S standards.

You must hold a valid FLT licence and have prior FLT experience, with strong numeracy and literacy skills, and a commitment to quality housekeeping on site.

Job description

Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, the FLT Operator position in Farnborough involves safely moving stock, loading and unloading HGVs and shipping containers, and completing picking and put-away duties. Working night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00, the successful candidate will carry out daily vehicle and safety inspections, operate scanners and EWM systems, and uphold strict health and safety and 5S standards. This permanent, temp-to-perm contract with Manpower UK offers up to £14.66 per hour. Applicants should hold a valid forklift licence, demonstrate accuracy and care in handling goods, and maintain excellent housekeeping across the site.

The FLT Driver will be responsible for safely operating forklift trucks to move stock, load and unload vehicles, and support warehouse operations during the shift. The role requires working safely, following warehouse procedures, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and accuracy.
