GSL Education in York, North Yorkshire, is recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to cover a range of primary and secondary schools in the York area. Start ASAP with flexibility across ad-hoc, full-time and part-time contracts.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, aid pupils with SEND/SEMH, assist teachers, and adapt to different classroom settings while promoting positive behaviour and relationships. DBS checks and safeguarding apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
• SEND/SEMH or behaviour experience is desirable.
• Calm, patient and adaptable approach.
• Confident across different school environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary: £92 – £115 per day
