As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across primary, secondary, and SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools, supporting teachers and helping pupils achieve their potential. Whether you're assisting in a mainstream classroom, one-to-one sessions with a SEN student, or in small group settings, your role will be vital in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Provide classroom support to teachers across a range of age groups and abilities.
* Assist pupils with their learning, including those with additional needs.
* Create a nurturing and engaging environment to support academic and personal development.
* Adapt to various school environments and be proactive in meeting the needs of each setting.
* Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

What we’re looking for from you
* Maths and English at GCSE – Minimum grade 4/C or equivalent
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
* Experience working with children or young people (classroom experience is a bonus but not essential).
* Flexibility to work across primary, secondary, and SEN schools.
