Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Grimsby and the surrounding areas. The role involves supporting teachers and pupils, providing one-to-one and small group guidance, and promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Opportunities range from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements. We offer flexible schedules, ongoing professional development, and a dedicated Lincolnshire team to support you in local schools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable).
• A positive, caring, and adaptable attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting primary education.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

About the Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils across a range of year groups. Your key responsibilities will include:
