Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team in Caerphilly and surrounding areas. You will support learning in primary school settings, assist with lessons and provide individual support to pupils as needed.

We offer flexible hours (full and part-time), opportunities for professional development, and an account manager to assist placements. Visa sponsorship is not available and safeguarding procedures are followed to protect children and vulnerable

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support individual students or small groups in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management, including setting up materials and resources.
• Supervise students during break times and extracurricular activities.
• Support pupils with their reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
