Aspire People is currently seeking experienced and reliable Supply Teachers to work flexibly across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) in a variety of primary schools throughout Rugby.

This role is ideal for teachers who are looking to enjoy greater flexibility while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the classroom. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring continuity of education during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your area of expertise.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Promote the safety and wellbeing of all pupils by following safeguarding procedures.
Adapt quickly to new school settings and build positive relationships with staff and pupils.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
A minimum of 2 years of UK teaching experience in your preferred key stage.
Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies.
Proven behaviour management skills and classroom leadership.
A flexible, professional attitude and the ability to hit the ground running.
