Job summary

Zest Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable secondary school supply teachers for Sutton Coldfield. Various roles available starting Sept 2026 and throughout the academic year, with flexible part- and full-time options to suit you.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging lessons, managing behaviour, mentoring students, and collaborating with staff to plan lessons and resources. QTS or equivalent required; in many cases experience is appreciated but not essential.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required for eligibility to teach in state schools.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school is preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• High levels of enthusiasm and energy, with ability to adapt to different settings.
