Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in primary and/or secondary settings
• Strong classroom management skills

• Confident in delivering lessons across various subjects and year groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and resilience when working in different school settings
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
