Supply Teacher – Mainstream Primary – Bournemouth & Poole
Start Date: ASAP | Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term | Full-Time / Part-Time

This role is ideal for both Early Careers Teachers and experienced professionals seeking flexibility or varied teaching experiences. Responsibilities of Supply Teachers:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment, maintaining behaviour in line with school policies
• Adapt to the routines and expectations of different schools and classrooms confidently
• Mark work and leave constructive feedback for the returning teacher where required
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils

Primary Supply Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in the UK
• Experience working as a Supply Teacher across UK primary schools
• Early Careers Teachers and experienced teachers welcome
• Strong classroom management and a flexible, positive approach
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
• Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
