Supply Teachers Required

Work Available Throughout the School Year in Brent.

Block bookings and ADHOC work.

Qualifications and Skills Required to work as a Supply Teacher:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS with a valid Teacher Reference Number (TRN). Alternatively, significant experience as an unqualified teacher in the UK.
2. Demonstrate your expertise in your preferred year group by delivering lessons that inspire and engage students.
3. Leverage your prior classroom experience to seamlessly integrate into a teaching role.
4. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with a passion for teaching, available to work at least one day per week.
5. Hold a valid DBS certificate (or be willing to obtain one through us).

Your Role as a Supply Teacher:

1. Step in for regular teachers who are absent due to illness, personal reasons, or other circumstances, ensuring an uninterrupted learning experience for students.
2. Deliver lessons from provided plans or create your own engaging lessons that showcase your teaching abilities and spark curiosity.
3. Foster a secure and positive learning environment while effectively managing the classroom.
4. Assess student work, offering constructive feedback to support their academic progress and personal development.
5. Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and fellow educators to ensure continuity of instruction and uphold the school's educational standards.
