The Role – Supply Teacher

• Assess that learning objectives have been achieved
• Evaluate pupil performance in line with the National Curriculum standards
• Be responsible for an aspect of the curriculum
• Provide regular written and verbal feedback
• Maintain a creative learning environment for all pupils
• Establish a strong working relationship with colleagues
• Identify pupils who may have particular learning needs and put appropriate plans in place
