You will foster a positive learning environment, manage behaviour effectively, differentiate for diverse learners, and collaborate closely with Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and school administrators to uphold policies and safeguard pupil welfare.

Job description

As a Supply Teacher, you will step into a variety of classrooms, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting students in their academic progress.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons to ensure students remain on track with their learning.
• Creating an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere that fosters student participation.
• Managing behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Collaborating with Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and School Administrators to uphold school policies and student well-being.
• Supervising students not only in the classroom but also during break times and other school activities.
• Administering tests and assignments, ensuring that students' work is collected and organised efficiently.
• Utilising a range of teaching materials, including textbooks and digital resources, to enhance the learning experience.
