Your Role and Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, tailored to each school’s needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring pupils feel supported and motivated.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and behaviour management while building strong relationships with staff and pupils.
• Embrace the variety of working in different schools and year groups, with opportunities for both short-term and longer-term placements.

What We’re Looking for in a Supply Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous teaching experience in primary settings is ideal, but ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching in diverse classroom environments.
• An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
