REESON Education is seeking a Supply Teacher for a coeducational comprehensive secondary school and sixth form in Essex. The role can be part or full time and is temporary in the first instance.

Duties include covering various subjects, maintaining lesson objectives, and supporting team updates. Open to applicants qualified as a Supply Teacher in the UK, including UK-trained or overseas-trained teachers, with UK QTS and DBS clearance.

A Supply Teacher is needed in a Coeducational Comprehensive Secondary School & Sixth Form in Essex.

This Supply Teacher position can be part or full time and will be temporary in the first instance.

If appointed as a Supply Teacher your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Covering different subject lessons and ensuring lesson objectives are met
• Managing pupil behaviour effectively and promoting positive behaviour across the class
• Working alongside other members of the team and providing them with relevant updates on completed work

The rates of pay for this Supply Teacher post will be between £120 and £150 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School

A Mixed Academy for pupils aged 11 to 18 years old, located in Benfleet.

It was established in 1965 and there are currently 1600 pupils on enrolment.

Pupils arrive on site at 8:25am and the last period is at 3:15pm.

Students have been praised by inspectors for their 'positive attitudes to learning' and willingness to 'help and support younger pupils'.

Requirements

You're welcome to apply if you recently qualified as a Supply Teacher or are an experienced Supply Teacher.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Supply Teacher or overseas trained Supply Teacher.
