Job summary

Asda is seeking a Supply Support Advisor to join our logistics team at Asda House in Leeds. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid setup with at least three days in the Home Office.

You will support Dock Scheduler BAU operations, maintain inbound/outbound flow, and assist Supply, Merchandising and MHD Helpdesks to meet volumes, SLAs, and quality metrics. Collaboration with stores, suppliers, and planning teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Dock Scheduler BAU operations, helping maintain stable inbound and outbound flow and effective depot capacity management.
• Contribute to the operational performance of Supply, Merchandising and MHD Helpdesks, supporting delivery against volumes, SLAs, quality measures and root-cause insight.
• Be the key operational contact point for stores, supply chain and modular planning, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
• Support the operational landing of change relating to Dock Scheduler, Supply Helpdesk and MHD Helpdesk, helping protect BAU stability throughout.
• Use data and insight to identify opportunities for continuous operational improvement, simplification and automation.
• Demonstrate calm, resilient support during peak trading, incidents and periods of change.
• Collaborate effectively across ALS, Supply and Modular Planning, including Suppliers and Hauliers, helping build strong and positive working relationships.
