The Delivery Planning Administrator is responsible for supporting the Delivery Operations Co-ordinator through a variety of system-based administrative tasks. In this role you will work closely with the Delivery team to manage data across multiple systems, respond to store queries and develop and maintain Excel-based reports that support planning and performance. Reporting into the Delivery Operations Co-Ordinator, this role will be responsible for supporting implementation and administrative system-based tasks to support delivering great service to our customers.
There will be an element of On Call duties during the week and over the weekend with this role.

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
