Job summary

Educate Group are recruiting a Teaching Assistant for an SEN school in Mold, UK. The role covers 1-1 and small group support for children with a range of ALN needs on a temporary supply basis.

No formal qualifications required; personality, dedication and life skills matter, with Educate offering DBS/EWC support. Ideal candidates will have caring experience, patience and a nurturing nature, enjoy teamwork, and be flexible to cover short- and long-term placements.

Have you previously worked in the care industry, childcare, youth services and fancy something more rewarding?

We are looking for passionate people who would like to make a difference to the lives of children with special education needs?

Educate Group are working on behalf of a wonderful SEN school in Mold who are looking to work with children who require 1-1 and group support on a supply(temporary)basis with children with a range of support needs when required by the school to cover sickness and leave of permanent staff.

Qualifications are not compulsory for this role, your personality, work ethic and life skills are more important to us and we can offer training

To work in an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) role you will need:

  • Experience in caring for others- care work or education

  • Profound and Moderate Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

  • Physical Disabilities (PD).
