An established educational institution is seeking dedicated supply teachers to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality learning and teaching across various schools, developing the curriculum, and supporting pupils in their educational journey. As part of the general Supply Teaching Pool, you will provide high-quality learning and teaching where cover is required within Stirling Council Schools and Educational Establishments.
Responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will undertake essential training, possess a relevant teaching qualification, and be registered with GTC Scotland. Excellent interpersonal skills, sound classroom practice, and good knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence and National Qualifications are required.
All teachers, other than probationers, registered with GTC Scotland and appointed to Stirling Council establishments will be placed on point 1 of the Main Grade Salary Scale or higher, as determined. Probationers are placed on Point 0 until they achieve full registration.

The successful candidate must be a member of the PVG scheme for Children. You will be invited to complete the form and have your details verified after progressing through the interview stage. Stirling Council’s policy requires you to pay for this.
