Job summary

Quorn Foods is recruiting a Supply Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team based in Leeds. You will translate demand, commercial priorities and portfolio plans into a credible, cost‑effective supply plan, balancing service, inventory and cost while leading the Scheduling team to drive operational excellence.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Finance to input into the S&OP process, manage constraints and trade-offs, and develop planning

Qualifications

• Demonstrable background in supply planning, production planning, inventory management or a related supply chain discipline.
• Experience leading and developing planning professionals while building team capability and performance.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes, constraint management and scenario planning.
• Excellent end-to-end supply chain understanding with the ability to balance service, cost and cash.
• SAP or comparable ERP/MRP experience alongside advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand, commercial priorities and portfolio plans into a credible, cost-effective supply plan.
• Lead and develop the Scheduling team to drive operational excellence.
• Drive robust production and inventory planning and support new product launches and portfolio changes.
• Input into the S&OP process with cross-functional stakeholders to manage constraints and trade-offs.
• Develop planning capability and improve data quality across the organisation.
