Job summary

Talentmark is recruiting a Supply Planning Manager on a 6-month contract, on-site in Bournville, Birmingham. You will develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply plans for internal and external production, delivering master schedules, capacity-aware long-range plans and material requirements.

You will hit KPIs such as customer fill rate, finished goods inventory targets and waste reduction. You will run root-cause analysis to improve the plan and maintain data integrity across planning

Qualifications

• FMCG/CPG experience, ideally food or related where shelf life matters.
• IBP/S&OP experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and focus on key priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to interpret data.
• Team player working daily with plant operations, suppliers and demand.

Responsibilities

in Bournville, Birmingham.
