Job summary

MCS Group is recruiting a Supply Planning & Inventory Management Lead for a leading manufacturing client based in Newry. This senior role owns supply planning, S&OP, inventory management and operational procurement across a complex environment.

You will lead end-to-end planning, translate demand into production plans, oversee schedules, drive inventory optimisation and manage a 23-person team. The role requires strong analytical and commercial acumen and expertise in ERP/MRP and S&OP processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply and demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, IBP and RCCP.
• Experience in inventory management, production planning and operational procurement.
• Strong commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and supply planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply planning, inventory strategy and the monthly S&OP process.
