Supply Planner

Location – Notting Hill (4 days per week in office)

Salary - £40k

Job Summary:

Our client is hiring for their Supply Chain & Operations team! This role supports smooth product supply, manages stock levels, and helps reduce costs. Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, they're looking for someone collaborative, passionate about wellbeing, and eager to help deliver a great experience to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Meeting demands while avoiding excess stock.
• Supply and Production Planning: Working with manufacturing sites and customers.
• Continuous Improvement and Risk Management: Strengthening planning operations and operational resilience.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Building strong relationships while evaluating supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a planning role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency within an evolving supply chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and Shopify is a plus.
