We are excited to be working with a fast-growing food business that already operates across numerous categories from snacking to frozen and is one of the fastest-growing food brands in the UK, constantly adding new and innovative products to its portfolio; they are currently looking for a Demand Planner to join their phenomenal team in Central London.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the demand forecast for their key accounts in the UK and worldwide and you will play a key part in the S&OP process.

Responsibilities

In this role you will…

  • Generate timely and accurate demand plans for all product categories in your customer accounts on a weekly/monthly/promotional basis
  • Maximise the robustness of the forecast given to supply planning and assist in the development of processes
  • Develop the company S&OP process and help the business to find efficiency savings and reduce cost-to-serve
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer-level data to help assist and challenge the sales team in their forecasting

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Supply Chain/Demand Planning within FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills – Excellent with Excel
  • Great communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Proactive, able to work under pressure with a can-do and friendly attitude
  • Good organisational skills and excited to work in a rapidly growing business
