Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Blow Moulding Supply Operative to support the bottle supply and blow moulding processes on site. You will set up and run bottle supply equipment, assist manufacturing lines and ensure materials are moved safely and accurately across the operation.

The role requires safety-conscious, quality-driven teamwork with the ability to follow procedures, complete paperwork accurately and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in shift patterns in a busy warehouse, manufacturing or production environment.
• Good understanding of health and safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Ability to follow procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
• Comfortable working with production equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automatic machines, including basic fault finding.
• Carry out bottle supply changeovers and help reduce downtime.
• Load and unload trailers for stock movement, following loading formats.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, housekeeping and site cleanliness.
• Report health and safety, quality incidents or accidents to the manager or engineering support team.
• Support and mentor Level 1 Supply Operatives where required.

This role plays a key part in supporting the efficient running of our bottle supply and blow moulding processes, ensuring equipment is operated safely, quality standards are maintained, and production targets are achieved., As a Blow Moulding Supply Operative, you will be responsible for setting up and operating bottle supply equipment, supporting manufacturing lines, and ensuring materials and stock are moved safely and accurately across the operation.

• Load and unload trailers for stock movement, following agreed loading formats.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, housekeeping and site cleanliness.
• Report health and safety, quality incidents or accidents to the relevant manager or engineering support team.
• Support and mentor Level 1 Supply Operatives where required.
• Do you have experience working across shifts in a busy warehouse, manufacturing or production environment? We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities can change at short notice. You will be safety-focused, quality-driven and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience working in a busy warehouse, manufacturing or production environment on shift patterns.
• Confident working with machinery and production equipment.
• Good understanding of health and safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Ability to follow procedures, complete paperwork accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong team-working and communication skills.
• Food contact packaging experience would be desirable.
• NC Manufacturing or NVQ Warehousing qualification would be desirable.
