Job summary

Remedy Education seeks flexible supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Billericay and Essex. You can work a few days or close to full-time, gaining experience across primary, secondary and early years settings.

You'll work 1:1 or in small groups, help teachers deliver lessons, and bring calm, structure and positivity to busy classrooms. A genuine passion for helping young people succeed is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential)
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
