Job summary

Remedy Education in Billericay is seeking a reliable Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years settings. You will work flexibly, choosing days that suit you while making a real difference in the classroom.

You will assist teachers, support 1:1 or small groups, help manage classroom routines, and adapt to different schools in Essex. This role offers weekly pay, variety, ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, and opportunities to move into

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
