Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years in Billericay and Essex. You’ll work on a flexible basis, 1:1 or small groups, adapting to different classrooms and teaching styles.

You'll benefit from weekly pay, flexible days, and continued support from a dedicated consultant who will match you to the right schools, with opportunities for long‑term or permanent roles within the network.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.

Responsibilities
