Qualifications

Supply Chain Support Specialist

The Supply Chain Support Specialist is a multifaceted role combining elements of master data, procurement coordination, and inventory management to ensure the seamless flow of goods and materials throughout the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do
  • Track and report on supplier performance, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Oversee daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
  • Support stock audits.
  • Monthly sales and stock reconciliations across multiple 3PLs.
  • Root cause investigation of stock discrepancies.
  • Master data support.
  • Arranging shipments from CMOs to 3PLs.
  • Upload of quality documentation to facilitate product release.
  • Periodic 3PL on site stock counts.
  • Documentation of processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Procurement support.

What You Will Bring
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Experience in Pharma highly desirable
