Job summary

Kerry Group Coleraine is seeking a Supply Chain Stores Team Member to help manage finished goods, raw materials and packaging in a busy food manufacturing operation.

You’ll work a rotating 3-week pattern with 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am), ensuring pallets are wrapped, labelled and dispatched safely while recording data in SAP. The role rewards accuracy, teamwork and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, stores or logistics environments, ideally within food manufacturing.
• Strong written, numerical and verbal English communication skills.
• Computer literacy including SAP and MS Office.
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with ability to work towards shared goals.
• Adaptable and flexible with commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of finished goods, raw materials and packaging.
• Ensure pallets are wrapped, labelled and dispatched correctly.
• Record and manage operational data using SAP.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform vehicle inspections.
• Support material inspections, sample testing and accurate stock records.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain clean, safe working areas.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety standards at all times.

As we continue to grow and expand our product portfolio, we're looking for a Supply Chain Stores Team Member to join our successful team.

You’ll work a rotating 3-week pattern consisting of 12-hour shifts (7 am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am)

Week 1: 3 Night Shifts

Week 2: 2 Day Shifts & 2 Night Shifts

Week 3: 3 Day Shifts

This structured shift pattern offers excellent work-life balance with multiple days off throughout the rotation.

What will you do?

As a Supply Chain Stores Team Member, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations moving by:

• Managing the flow of finished goods, raw materials and packaging
• Ensuring pallets are wrapped, labelled and dispatched correctly
• Recording and managing operational data using SAP
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and completing vehicle inspections
• Supporting material inspections, sample testing and accurate stock records
• Conducting inventory cycle counts
• Maintaining clean, organised and safe working areas
• Following warehouse procedures and safety standards at all times

What do you need to be successful?

• Strong written, numerical, and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in warehouse, stores, or logistics environments, ideally within food manufacturing
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP systems
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Team player who enjoys working towards shared goals
• Adaptable, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement
• Pallet Truck Licence,Counterbalance Licence,Reach Truck Licence, Shunter Vehicle Certification are desireable but not essential
