  • Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office; MRP / ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain planning, from order placement through to despatch.
  • Liaise with logistics to ensure trade compliance and supplier performance from global sources.
  • Create and maintain production plans aligned with customer requirements.
  • Monitor and manage supplier deliveries, ensuring purchase orders and schedules are issued on time.
  • Oversee MRP / ERP exception messages, overdue orders, and performance metrics such as OTIF.
  • Ensure perfect order release, confirming all parts are available before production.
  • Support production with accurate documentation and planning data.
  • Assist with audits and maintain process documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Scheduler to join our Supply Chain team in Gainsborough. This cross-functional role is central to managing the end-to-end supply chain process, coordinating procurement, planning, and logistics to ensure smooth product flow from suppliers through to production and despatch. You'll help maintain world-class planning and logistics standards, ensuring on-time deliveries, accurate scheduling, and seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.
