Job summary

Redshore is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Co-ordinator to join its expanding manufacturer of precision machined components. You will source metals and other materials, obtain quotes, negotiate terms and manage supplier relationships to ensure value, sustainability and availability.

You should have experience in a Purchasing/Supply Chain role within manufacturing and a good understanding of MRP systems; CIPS Level 3 qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain within manufacturing.
• CIPS Level 3 qualification preferred.
• Understanding of supplier negotiations and PO management.

• Procure goods and services aligned with customer and business requirements.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Procurement Co-ordinator to join this expanding manufacturer of precision machined components for a range of industries including aerospace.

THE JOB

You will be responsible for procuring goods and services in line with customer and business requirements focusing on value, sustainability and availability. You will source metals and other materials, getting quotes, negotiating, maintaining purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and dealing with invoice queries.

THE CANDIDATE

You will have experience of working within a Purchasing/Supply Chain role within a manufacturing environment and have a good understanding of MRP systems. You should also be qualified to CIPS Level 3.
